What we use

Telegram user ID, name, and username, to identify you and control paid access;
Stripe customer and payment records (not your full card number), to bill, refund, and keep accounts; and
ordinary hosting logs and support messages you send us;
group-post metadata — your Telegram user ID, the group and message IDs, and posting timestamps — to measure participation and identify members who may need support. The activity record does not store your post text, attachments, or reply or forward context;
private owner contact names and dated membership and support records, including access, billing and moderation events, to identify members and resolve support requests. Private owner contact names and owner-only support history are available to authorized membership owners; and
if you reached us through a link shared by one of our collective participants, which participant's link it was and when you opened it, so we can credit them correctly and answer them if they query it.

We share this with Stripe, Telegram, and hosting as needed to run the membership. We do not sell it.

Referral participants

Collective participants may receive a share of membership payments for introductions made through their tagged invitation link. Their monthly bot statements currently show counts and financial totals for their referrals and earnings.

If you join as a paying member under this policy version and your membership is attributed to a participant's tagged invitation link, we may also tell that participant your Telegram display name, username or user ID and that you joined through their link, so they can verify the attribution. We do not give participants a roster of members attributed to other participants or identify people who only opened a link without becoming an attributed paying member.

We do not give referral participants your card details, Stripe customer records or billing contact information, private owner contact names, or private support or moderation history. Participants can see the financial records for their own commissions and payouts.

Telegram group members can see the profiles and messages visible in the group. The timing or amount of referral payments, together with group activity, may also let a participant infer who joined through their link. The limits promised to members under earlier privacy policy versions continue to apply to those memberships.
